No. Oculus rift does not have a drive that you can put a disc in it.

Kind of. You can but it wont be like on a pc where you are immersed in the game it will be like watching a movie theater screen playing xbox 1.

There is an App on Oculus that allow you to Play XBOX Games that is on your XBOX. (Must have Windows 10 on Computer) Also Computer and XBOX must be on the same Network. You can not take XBOX One DVD and play it directly on Computer. It Basically portal your XBOX to Oculus not direct Play.
