If you Purchase Oculus Rift with Touch ($399 Deal) you will get 2 Sensors and both left and right Hand Touch Controller.

The Oculus packages from Best Buy all come with 2 sensors standard, you can buy more if you want but it works fine with the 2 it comes with already.
