Yes. The Xbox One controller is no longer included with the new bundle, however.

Yes, you get the 2 sensors and 2 controllers. BUT: you may NOT get all the other stuff (xBox $60 controller, xBox $30 PC controller USB adapter, Media Remote $30). If your package comes in a SINGLE BOX, you have the 'new' bundle which only has the 5 items (Rift, 2 hand controllers, 2 sensors). If you have the double box (rift + 1 sensor + USB adapter + xbox controller + remote) and box #2 (1 sensor, 2 hand controllers), you have a MUCH better deal for the same price. You get the "6" games, and at BestBuy you also get the $40 EVE: Valkyrie game.

NOTE: For accurate full 3D, 360 degree room scale, you are highly advised to buy a THIRD sensor and USB extension cable. For the "best" room scale (to floor), you may need a 4th sensor, depending on your physical room setup and size. This does have impact on your Motherboard capability to generate enough amperage through the 5-volt USB busses, and will likely need to spread out the USB connections. USB 2.0 is FINE for Sensors 2,3, and 4 however, despite the reference to USB 3.0. You MUST use USB 3.0 for the Rift USB cable, so if you do not have USB 3.0, you need a new motherboard or a PCI 3.0 adapter card.

Yes. I purchased this bundle in store. Bundle comes in 2 boxes. Headset, Xbox controller, and 1 sensor in 1st box. Touch controllers + 2nd sensor in another box. Both are rung in as separate items and then discounted to equal $400 + tax. Also Free Eve: Valkyrie Promo Code is printed on receipt.

From what I understand it should include the Touch controllers, I haven't heard anything about the sensors, but it seems like it wouldn't work correctly without them. Still though, not 100%. I haven't even used one yet but that's the only way I can figure they track how far or close you get to the subject you're looking at. Otherwise it'd be just like any cheap Android headset where moving forward and backward does nothing to change your perception.
