• Upgrade to a 580 and in addition add 8 more gigs of RAM.

• You can get the basic functionality for vr, but playing the newest games will be taxing and laggy. You need at least get a graphic card that is in the range of nivida 1060 or higher for most vr games. and a minimum of 8gb ram. The graphic card should have GDR5 and 8gb ram to play decent game.
