Use a regular USB cable. The play station 4 has one, and plenty of other electronics have cable that is usually compatible with the recorder. You can also purchase the cable at Best Buy or Amazon. It should be around 2$ at the most. Connect to your Mac and you will see a file that will open. Inside the file you will locate another file with the first 7 letters of the alphabet. Open in chronological order. You should be able to find all your recordings in there. When you find the file. Drag the recording to your desktop or the file of your choice. Remember to erase files or else you will not have room to continue recording.
