You use the Devices button to scroll through the types of devices you have programmed in. It illuminates the one that's currently selected at the top. To control a Roku, you have to have one that accepts IR (infrared) instead of RF (radio frequency).

If you mean changing the TV source to go to the Roku, you can use the Input button when the TV is being controlled to manage the TV source.
