  • QuestionI am a tech savvy person. I bought this because it said it was so easy to program. Baloney! I have now spent hours trying to get it to work. It will turn on and go to the Roku I set up in "Media," but then I can’t get it to go back to TV. Grrrr.

    Asked by Annoyed.

    • Answer I agree with you. Im tech saavy too and this remote is very frustrating. I cant even get soundbar and roku to work with it and only get to the roku main screen with the screen saver but no streaming channels and no way to search for any. This is def a bunch of baloney!! • QuestionWill this remote work with a LG TV that is IR and a SONOS sound bar that is RF ? Thanks.

    Asked by Scott.

    • Answer Dear Scott, thanks for your interest in our URC 7880. This remote is only compatible with IR devices. That means it is compatible with your LG TV, but not with your Sonos soundbar. If the soundbar is connected to your TV via HDMI you might be able to control it via CEC function with your TV remote. In that case, it will also be possible with our URC 7880. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the following link: https://www.oneforall.us/webform or Facebook messenger. Best regards, Viktor, Your One For All team

  • QuestionWill this remote work on only Bluetooth so I can control 3 TVs in the same room without interference

    Asked by John.

    • Answer Dear John, Thank you for your question, that’s a great one, and we’re happy to clarify. The URC7880 works only with IR (infrared) and does not support Bluetooth. Because of that, it sends signals in the same way as most traditional TV remotes. Using this remote to control three TVs in the same room is possible, as long as the TVs are not all the same brand. TVs from the same manufacturer often use the same IR codes, which could cause them to respond at the same time. If the TVs are different brands, this usually won’t be an issue. However, if your TVs (or their original remotes) work via Bluetooth, or if you want to avoid any chance of IR interference, we would recommend the URC7985 One For All Smart Control Pro Touch, which supports Bluetooth control for compatible devices. We hope this helps, and we’re always happy to assist further if you have any questions about choosing the right remote for your setup please contact us via the following link: https://www.oneforall.com/en-us/webform Kind regards Your One For All Team

  • QuestionCan this remote control 2 of the same tvs, using different assigns rooms ex bar 1, bar 2

    Asked by Jim.

    • Answer Dear Jim, thanks for your interest in our URC 7880. If you have the same TV model twice in different rooms, both TVs will still respond to the same IR signals. That would mean you only have to set up one TV on the remote. To be able to answer all your questions in more detail we would need more information on all devices and you setup. Please, feel free to contact us directly via https://www.oneforall.com/en-us/webform or via Facebook Messenger. Kind regards, Your One For All Team
