I believe the answer is ...."Yes" 
I have all my Cd's ripped onto my computer and copied to a flash drive. Both Mp 3 & Mp 4 songs. 
I have also for another reason for myself have scanned the CD art work for all my CD's and incorporated them with each Cd. 
The art work does show on the screen.
You use Net to access the flash (USB) drive and you can access individual CD's and then each track on the CD.
I think it is pretty cool since I have already done the leg work for ripping all my CD's into my computer and then saved them to a
scan disc for my car.
