“Can I run this player thru my laptop? I have earphone in and out jacks on my laptop as well as a usb port can I play the cd's thru my laptop to my multiple wireless speakers that are spread out around my house?”

The only outputs on the player are the red/white analog, coxial and optical. If you could find an adapter from any one of them to your PC, I don't see why it wouldn't then play through your wireless speakers.
