Absolutely. I did it with my system and it works great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can only connect to an Amplifier/Receiver. There is no amplifier inside this unit. Your existing Amplifier should be the connection point for your speakers. This is also a changer like your Sony and I'll bet the Sony doesn't have an amplifier inside of it either, if it is labeled as a changer.
