“Hi I have a onkyo dx-700 CD player I’m not getting no sound when hook it up to my reciever or if I hook up a headphones to it I tried different rca cables different inputs and still no sound Please help”

Put a CD in it and push "play". This is not a troubleshooting forum for your very old product - the dx-700 doesn't even have digital (coax or optical) outputs.
