“have same problem need to turn up to least 40 for sound and did rewire speaker and still the same, anymore ideas?”

• I can not tell you exactly why it is and also happened to me What I can do is tell you that I did to improve the problem and believe me it turned out. Look in Settings where it says IntelliVolume and change it from 0 dB to 6+ dB. and that's it I hope it helps you.
