You could use the speakers. You might blow them kinda quickly if your lg was a home theater in a box. Watts are not the same. There is no industry standard for watts. As for the subwoofer it depends if it’s active or passive. Basically if it has a build in amp on the sub box. This receiver just sends a signal to the sub. No power to sub.

While the receiver does support 6 ohm speakers the receiver has a power output of 135 W at 6 ohms. If your speakers are 8 ohms the receiver will out put 80 watts per speaker. As long as your speakers meet these spec they should work. The Subwoofer does need to be a powered Subwoofer as the receive does not support a passive or unpowered subwoofer.
