Not sure what you mean by pair. If you mean will it connect to Bluetooth probably since it has a Bluetooth receiver. Why you would want to do that instead of using a HDMI connection that transmits both video and audio, I don't know. Bluetooth only sends audio.

I have it hooked to my smart tv. Works nice. Still have to to the film ware update but provides good amount of power and surround theater equivalent sound . Great addition to the set up to add multiple devices or just to add some real sound. Has easy walk thru instruction as well. All need is a HDMI cable and good to go. I assume ur smart tv either has an arch output or and optical out. Either will work with this reciever.
