“I have 2 Bose outdoor speakers I'd like to add as the Zone B speakers. It looks like the Zone B out on the receiver is a single red/white RCA cable. How do I hook up 2 wired cable speakers to this RCA output? Does it require another amp?”

If you use RCA Zone B output jacks on any receiver you would need an additional amp to drive the speakers no matter Bose or not. That would be your best option if their is a need to control volume separately on both inside and outside speakers.
