I'm sorry I can't help you. But it appears to be in either your TV settings or the receiver setting. . I just got my Onkyo receiver and it took me over four hours to enable the TV and receiver to "talk" to each other correctly Good luck. Once it gets correctly your should enjoy better audio and video.
