You can port your number by using their website. I believe it was part of the set-up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can start the request via the website once you have the Ooma unit up and running. They will provide you with a list of phone numbers you can use temporarily with the new service until the porting process is completed. When you call them, you will need to provide the telephone number you temporarily selected when you activated the service and the number you want to port to replace it. There will be a one-time fee for this service. I have had this service for about 12 years and it is fantastic.
