I have Ooma installed and I can fax without a traditional landline.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ooma dose have fax capability but it's not stable. From my testing, inbound fax seems work most of the time, but outbound fax works less than 50%, this could be relate to the internet provider, I use Specturm service.
