Can this phone hook up to Life Line? null

Yes it can. We set up our ooma telo to send the signal through the phone wiring already in the house and we plugged in my mom's Lifeline unit into a phone jack near her bedroom.

I would not recommend. It can fail on you any minute. I have an ooma and it keeps dropping calls. quality is poor and bad. do not get it

Yes, Ooma works with Life Line and I believe First Alert as well.
