“Can I buy to replace an old unit that stopped working?”

• Yes, that’s exactly what I did. Had to call Ooma tech support and go to the advanced tech support for them to move my info from the old device to the new one. Worked fine afterwards, but thought the process was bit complex for what I thought should be a bit easier.

• The web site says that you can replace an old unit, just contact customer service. apparently no additional charge for number porting.
