Actually the HD27 model does have an audio out option, it is a 3.5mm (think headphone jack) on the back. But it would only be 2-channel stereo audio to your sound bar (if SB has RCA analog inputs, get a 3.5mm to 2 RCA jack adapter) and that connection won't output 5.1 surround. the other option I can think of is: if you get yourself an 'audio extractor', they go for about $ 25-30 US -- that would allow one to send surround sound of high quality to a separate wireless sound bar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this unit does not have audio outputs. You would need to send the audio signal to the soundbar directly. If your soundbar has an HDMI passthrough port, you can connect from the video source to the soundbar and then to the projector.
