A:AnswerSome would say the new one. A lot of BB employees will tell you that this protector is on recall. I had to investigate it for myself. To be honest the screen is the same as the one I purchased a week after buying my phone. Either way my phone is protected, the screen does fit smoothly and snug on my phone, and I wouldn't trade it for another. Esp. After cracking the protector and my screen was untouched. For better protection , I recommend buying the otterbox case because the screen is designed for it.
