• Yes! This screen proctor is designed to work with all OtterBox cases. I have the Defender and this screen proctor and do not have any issues.

• I imagine it probably will fit. I use the commuter case with no problem. However, I would not recommend this case. Long story short, it'll pop off pretty quickly. Take a look at my review if you want more info.
