Screen cover on one of two phones has multiple increasing cracks. Hopefully the Otterbox warranty will hold up and Best buy can fix since they professionally installed on both phones.

I just purchased my second one because I it the edge of my phone against a Walmart cart and it cracked the screen protector. It looked as if my screen itself was cracked but nope, my phone is like new!!! I will not buy any other brand. I had to purchase one for my hubby. He saw what this screen protector can do. Only Otterbox for us!!!

Honestly,this is my least favorite screen protector I have used to-date. It has several issues that you have to accept. 1) It DOES impact touch sensitivity, so you'll have to re-adjust your phone settings to help offset that. Crank it way up. 2) At various angles you can see the grid of dots on the protector. I assume it's some sort of polarization or what not, but in low screen light conditions, you will see it. 3) The GLARES! Oh my, the glares. This thing causes an incredible amount of glaring. Good luck using it outside in bright lights. The only condition where it works well is in low light. It's brutal. 4) I used it with the Otterbox Commuter case. There is a very small gap from the protector edge to the case edge. So you'll have to clean it regularly as dirt and debris will get stuck there. 5) If you play games on your phone, be aware that the finger slide texture and feel is completely different. Your finger will not slide comfortably across the screen for a while, it's almost tacky and grips your fingers and it's an effort to swipe. Overall, it serves it's purpose to protect the screen. Until other manufacturers get S9+ products out, this will do. But, you get protection at the expense of the above. If I didn't "need" a screen protector, I would have taken this back after about 24 hrs of using it.

It fits well but I don't like how it only attached to side edges. Touch sensitivity is greatly affected. Hard to type.

So, my husband is the accident prone one and tends to drop his phone frequently. I will occasionally drop my phone, but I got this just in case. My husband dropped his phone from our couch onto carpet and the screen protector flew off and cracked. Not wanting to spend another $40 to get him a new one I took mine off and reapplied it to his phone. Again,he dropped it this time onto our bed. The screen protector flew off again, landed on the floor and cracked. So its safe to say we won't be buying this brand again. The one really nice thing about this is how easy they were to put on. It just sucks that they don't stay on.

The cover is very clear, which is good, but now I have to be more deliberate in touching the screen to get it to activate. This is more for the edges than the center. No matter how much I try to press the screen onto the phone there is still a microscopic gap that affects the sensitivity. I'm waiting for more phone covers to be released so I can try something different instead of this glass protector.

Easy to install, seems to work great. Protects his phone so far. Ease of installation was a breeze. Clarity is good have only owned for a week

Unfortunately, the screen protector only lasted a week on my phone. My case must have been putting pressure on it (had an Otterbox case). When I dropped my phone, most of the screen protector had lifted from the phone and shattered.

Best 2 things I love about this screen protector is that it is a Otter Box brand, and it was on sale for $22 (original price $44). I've never had a glass screen protector, the only thing I'm not sure about is the ease of use. I feel I have to really push on the screen to get it to work while using my keyboard. It doesn't respond well to my fingers with certain letters. Hopefully this problem will resolve once the screen protector fully adheres to the phone.

Well I purchased to protect my phone screen while within first week the glass screen protector is already cracked

The protection factor seems fine, and the responsiveness is great after turning on the sensitivity enhancement setting on the device. But the adhesive that actually keeps the protector attached to the screen is awful. I followed application instructions perfectly, but this product popped right off of the phone both times (whoops) that I had dropped the device, offering no protection to the screen at all.

The only issue I have is that the glass does not extend to the bezel on the sides of the phone. Dirt tends to get trapped between my Defender case and the edge of the glass.

Ordered this for my husband a couple months ago. Put it on his phone, everything was going great with the protector. We have used otterbox phone cases and screen protectors for years. Recently, the screen protector itself has popped off 3 times. He dropped his phone the first time (not a regular occurrence for him, he’s very careful) and has happened a couple times after that (hasn’t dropped it since the first incident). This is pretty disappointing for a product that claims highest protection for products. Wish we could return or exchange this product as this one seems defective.

I was pleased with the ease of installation using the provided guides. Unfortunately, after a rather short period of time, the adhesive gave way and the cover would no longer stick to the phone screen.

For the proce it's useless. Lasted maybe 1 week. I got a replacement and that only lasted 1 week also Cracked without even dropping it.

This screen peotexror works great for preventing scratches and cracks from falls. Feels like it isn't even there.

Fit perfect with my galaxy, clear, hard protection

Screen cracked 3 days after it wss installed on my phone and it wasn't dropped or anything. It was literally just sitting on the counter, I picked it up and it cracked in my hand and then popped off. Total waste.

Screen protector doesn't really cover the whole screen but it has lasted longer than any other glass screen protectors I have used.

Easy to put on and so far very nice and protective
