“It says 55w rated power but my aftermarket amp is 125w rms at 2 ohms and my front speakers are 90w rms and rear door are 100w rms would this still output the 125 to each of the 4 channels or would the loc be damaged since it is only rated at 55w.”

You will not use this after your amplifier. This will be used to change the radio speaker level output down to RCA level output for your amplifier input
