“Purchased this product and a sony xav ax1000 for my 2010 GMC Canyon. Everything is working except the volume is reduced. I have to turn up the radio all the way in order to hear it fully. Any ideas what could be causing this issue? Poor connection?”

Figured out the problem, there are no amplifiers in the truck and this interface has a plug-in for amplified and non amplified. I had plugged in to the amplified port. I needed to plug into non amplified. Once I did that everything sounded great
