No only one cord, the pan tilt works off of cameras power supply plug

Great question! No, there will only be one power cord for the Pan Tilt Mount and Ring Stick Up Camera. You will want to unplug the camera during installation, then plug the barrel plug adaptor into the Pan Tilt Mount base.

No, this plugs into where the battery would be and has the cap integrated into it.
