- Answer Camera is separate purchase but my Camera has 1080p video tilt only workw with power plugged in cameras, cannot use battery power

- Answer Not from top but has bracket to wall mount that’s my only complaint is the bracket is kinda blah definitely could be better but it works

QuestionDoes the tilt-pan base work off of the battery in the camera? or does it require it's own battery, or it's own power cord ? For example, would I need a solar collector for the camera and a separate one for the tilt-pan? Can it mount upside down?

- Answer Cannot work upside-down, pan tilt works off of power supplied by plug in only stick up cameras, cannot use battery power and that eliminates solar-power
