Depending on how often and how much you use it, but it should last well beyond 3 years. When it dies, send it to Panasonic for repair, or get a new one.

Hi, Mike! Once the battery needs replacement, you can contact our consumer support team, which will be able to redirect you to the proper servicer. As the shaver can be used while wet, the battery is sealed well so liquid will not infiltrate. -M

I’m sure it’ll last more then 3 years. Else Buy a new razor.
