A:AnswerYes, this is a landline phone, though we have a box from Verizon that we just plug into the power outlet and then you plug the phone line into the box for your phone. It is very easy and it doesn’t depend on weather you have wi-if or not. This was a great deal and they work extremely well.

A:AnswerHello, just press center button volume up and press until phonebook, keep pressing until you get to Settings, press select, ring adjustments, keep selecting until Ringer Volume comes up and select again and your ringer volume will come up and just keep pressing until you get the volume sound that you want. Hope this helps you. It took me a bit of time to figure some of these things too. You have to SELECT anything you want to happen. Then save the ring you selected. Nancy : )
