Hi! If the messages are on your answering machine, you can delete them one by one (in case there are some you wish to keep) or all of them at once. To delete them one by one, press the PLAY button on the base and then the ERASE button. If you want to erase all, press MENU # 325 on the handset > confirm with YES. -M
