A:AnswerYou are correct on the main base. The remote base only needs power, which is only used to charge the second handset. If you wish not to setup the remote charging base you can always alternate the phones at the main base and charge them both there, one at at time of course.
A:AnswerYou cannot wall mount this unit KX-TGL430. Phone would fall out of charger. Plus there are no slots etc. for wall mounting. Phone base not design for that purpose strictly for on the desk. Hope this helped.
