• It is hard wired into the car through the cigarette lighter. When you turn off your car, the lighter outlet disconnects the power. So this gives the cam an automatic on/off feature. If u wanna hardwire it into the battery, this will no longer be an on/off feature. And no. Papago does not offer a direct hardwire to the battery connection. But if U know ur electronics, then it’s easy to figure out a kit for it.
