I can't speak for the DJI, but my first experience with the Anafi I flew it along my roof line. I was able to tilt the camera down and look in my rain gutters while slowly sliding from one end of the house to the other. The ability to rotate the camera may be something you want for inspecting roofs. Parrot says you get 25 minutes of flight on their battery. I've only flown mine twice so far for about 15 minutes each session so I can't confirm that as accurate.

I use a mavic pro and it works just fine but would now prefer to have the optical zoom to get close to vent stacks with a steep pitch the vision system keeps it a safe distance back and with the digital zoom I can get a good shot but an optical zoom is much more ideal for solid quality. https://youtu.be/9-rd7sKWmO0 this video is using the Mavic pro for the whole roof but the inspection videos are in 4K and on my PC.

The device has no collision avoidance sensors which means you could unintentionally fly it into obstructions or obstacles. But, this could be an advantage if you're careful in that you can get closer to a certain point that DJI's Mavic will allow before Mavic's sensors stop any forward flight. But to me, the risk of possibly crashing into something due to a lack of collision avoidance sensors makes spending a couple hundred dollars more on the Mavic makes sense. Yes, it's $200 more or so, but flying into something & crashing for lack of sensors means you're out the full $800 of the Anafi. So it's a cost-benefit risk you take. Also, remember if you're inspecting roofs you're flying in a commercial capacity & you will need to obtain your FAA Part 107 flight certification.

When you combine that with the 2.7 lossless zoom you can get pictures and angles of areas you can't with any other drone. I don't know anything about other drones though but based on principal alone, since this is the first drone to offer such things I don't see how others could pull off what this one can. Not to mention the compact design that makes this easy to travel with. It says 25 minute battery life so with a second battery you will get closer to an hour. I also don't see why you wouldn't be able to charge the drone in the car as you drive around to clients to extend that further.
