“While flying today I ended up crashing it but it doesnt look damaged. I replaced the scratched propellers but now the drone rotates a lot slower than before and it drifts around while it should be in place without stopping itself. Any advice please?”

Did you purchase Geek Squad protection? It sounds as if it needs to be fixed by a pro. Before you do that check the owners manual. Don't do anything that may negate the warranty.
