Yep. Search "Persona 5" and hit the 2nd option. No steelbook case, but you do get the controller skin which looks nice. Plenty of youtube vids that showcase it.

Yes. The Steelbook is only the launch edition with limited numbers. Stores are already beginning to get the standard copies in stock from what I've heard. It might be a couple days before the site is updated though.

It looks like there is a "Coming Soon" listing for a Persona 5 PS4 version with normal case. The steelbook is the pre-order bonus, so you may have to wait for release before getting a standard case.
