• Only the standard version does. Steelbook, no. Try Amazon if Bestbuy doesn't have it.

• Only the standard edition of the game comes with the controller skin as per announced in Atlus' YouTube video. Any version that isn't the Premium 'Take Your Heart' edition should have the controller skin.
