• Yes. Any Siri enabled device will work provided HomeKit is setup.

• It works with Apple Home, the app on the iphone and ipad. I can only guess it would also work with HomePod.

• I believe so, Philips Hue is compatible with the Apple Homekit so i "assume" it is also compatible with the HomePod. A quick Google search should be able to verify.
