• Not that I know of. I had to purchase 4 bulbs separately.

• Unfortunately, these size bulbs do not come in kits, they have to be purchased separately. Other size bulbs do come in kits.

• Yes, and BB has been running specials on the bigger starter kits through the holidays. If they're not currently on sale, then monitor the Deal of the Day section and they will likely pop up there again.
