• I believe you can, I no longer have echo but I use m google home to change the colors via voice commands. I can change color, turn off/on, and even dim the lights

• I’m pretty sure you can as Alexa is supported. I have a Google mini and I can turn any light on and off via voice control as well as change light color via voice. All you have to do is tell your device which lights to change and what color
