“i have a hallway light 1 -manual switch that controls 2 different light bulbs.. currently they have hue lights.. Does 1 sensor only connect or speak to 1 hue lights bulb or both lights bulbs”

You have to have both lights in a group in the hue app for the sensor to activate both. Then pick the group on the sensor settings.
