yes, you should be able to choose within the hue app or within hue labs. The easiest way would be to make a "scene" with only that light enabled.

Not 100% sure but bulbs can be part of more than one scene and the motion detector can trigger a scene so...

I cannot find a setting that enables a motion detector to addres a single bulb. The app only allows the sensor to address a room (I want three out of 16) or all (in my case over 70 bulbs). Why Phillips didn't implement this option is beyond me.

Yes it is. I actually have two sensors controlling my upstairs light. Works perfectly and easy to set up. When you install it, it will ask you want lights you want to contact the motion sensor to.

Yes you can. In the Hue Labs section, there's a formula called "Sensor Couple" which will do exactly what you want. Or, you should be able to do this with HomeKit automation if you have Apple devices.

Yes, this should be possible. During set up of these Hue Motion Sensors, you will select a scene for it instruct the Hue hub to activate. Just as you can assign different remotes to activate lights that another remote is also assigned to and controls, you would simply assign your additional Hue Motion Sensor to activate the same exact scene as the other sensor.

Unfortunately it doesn’t have that capability because that is exactly where I put my sensor. But the range of where it senses is pretty big. I hung it right in the middle of the wall for it to sense me at the top of the stairs and at the bottom of the stairs.
