• This is part of the setup that mimics the coloring but there are a few more pieces needed, like the Sync Box.

• If you have a Hue Sync Box and a hub, yes. Without those, these don’t sync to the image on your TV.

• They are the ones that work with the tv. Usually you buy three and add one to the top of the tv. You can get buy with just two and have them on the sides of the tv. They also work as just small colored lights without the tv effects. To make them work with movies you will also have to purchase philips hue hdmi sync play box. Real easy set up of you have all these. You just plug and play
