You maybe able but I you may not get much light reflection on your wall. I would suggest led light strips to be attached to your tv back. I purchased the led light strips and I really like it.

Please try again later.Yes you can it comes with a mount with a good adhesive tape that you would peel off and stuck to the mount and another side that would stick to the back of the TV. Now the only things I would warn about doing this is once you stick it on it'll be really hard to come off so choose carefully.
