• You can control them individually or create commands the control multiple bulbs. Or you can have a group you create turn on & off together. The best way is to fi them individually. Living room lamp & living room ceiling fan lights. Then create a command living room lights to do all together or speak to them individually. I have one command. Lights on & Lights out. Turns all the smart bulbs in the house on at once.

• Yes. Each can be controlled separately...Now in the apps you probably will want to group them together but you don't have to.
