It says it can since it's a wet dry and can be used in the shower. It warns against using on private areas (which is only common sense!) I would suggest using a shaving foam to avoid skin irritation and maybe apply a lotion or aftershave gel when done. If your man already has one and will let you...give it a test drive it!
