The digital unit allows you to set the timer to cook for 60 minutes; the analog stops at 30 minutes.

This the first one I got, but so far I like it except it does not have a solid pan, you know something I could use to cook something if it had some liquid in it.
I am going to see if I can order one somewhere.

One of the digital models, the most expensive, is larger and has twice the food capacity of the other models. You may have been looking at that one

The newest model is the best. They fix change and improve everything from the past to make the greatest lastest model for you. This digital model have so many option for you to cook.

I think the digital is the timer. Is handy for timing cooking with a beeper when done. Takes guesswork out of timed cooking.

The digital is just that digital. The other model that I seen is a turn dial.
