A:Answerit is a mini convection oven, so you would prepare like you would in an oven. I'd wrap in aluminum with your choice of seasoning otherwise I suspect it would dry it out to much.
A:AnswerAll I do is leave the basket attached to drawer and fill it with warm soapy water and let sit for a few minutes and then clean with dish cloth.
