This is an excellent addition to my kitchen. My only complaint is that the basket holder and insert come apart very easily,and the the bottom will separate and fall to the floor or counter. When it does, it chips and does not seal/fit back into the control unit as well. I needed to purchase a replacement the first week I used it. As others have complained there needs to be a better instruction pamphlet/cookbook..

I killed my old 1.75 liter deep fryer by drop in the fryer into the oil one day so then I bought this Philips Airfryer and it's actually changed my life because it makes the food literally the same way without any of the any of the fats from the oil of the traditional deep fryer the food tastes the exact same. In the instructions it says you sometimes have to put a little bit of oil on some stuff for it to turn out crispy but I haven't had to do this yet. its such a great product.

Good product: easy, no mess, healthy as no/less oil required, easy to clean, not noisy Room for improvement: price, inside serving size is small, overall bulky. Note: not for Indian pakoras, as liquid coating/besan will drip, good for dry coating fries.

It is easy to cook. Food are very health. Cuz use no oil.

Uses lots less oil than a conventional deep fryer cutting down calories for us. Frozen chicken, potatoes and other foods come out very well and cook time is reduced. Still learning how to cook raw vegetables but otherwise cooks better than expected.

I saw this appliance online and decided to try it. It's quick and easy to use. Cleans up fast . The directions are straightforward and the digital readouts are easy to read.

This is the best thing since the microwave to me. I am a health nut and love fried foods. I have given up on fried foods for a while then read upon this. I was very skeptical and studied this over the course of six months. I decided to buy it and I have been very impressed ever since. I love making chicken tenders that are already breaded from Costco. 21 minutes on 360 degrees and it comes out perfect like it's been deep fried. I had to learn how to cook some other items since you cannot use dry batter. A little olive oil over most items and it's perfect. I am thankful I bought this and hope it will last a long time.

I love this thing! Been cooking fries and it's so freaking fast. No pre heating just throw them in and bam it's starts cooking right away. Can't wait to start cooking some other things. Well, I guess I should say start frying some things

the quality of the food in this fryer is excellent for healthy people!

My wife gave me my first Airfryer for a Christmas gift.I started cooking with it each and every day and.I was cleaning the bottom like the directions said,each time I used it.Than about a month after cooking with it,my Airfryer started smoking up my house.It was than that I notice build up around the fan.I got a re-fun from Philips and purchase another one,Now I not only clean the bottom,I put about 3 cups of water in the bottom and heat it at 390 degrees for 20 minute to heat the fresh grease around the fan,then it drips in the heated water.I just love the way my Airfryer cooks my Lemon & Pepper Salmon.I asked Philips to create a cleaning kit for the Airfryer

This frys things very nicely. But takes quite a while. I found that the time frame listed on the fryer isn't very good. Fries really don't take 12 minutes, unless you're counting the preheating time. The same with many others. The tray is also a bit small, so I wouldn't recommend for families.

I absolutely love this air fryer! It is easy to use and food comes out wonderful! If would absolutely recommend this air fryer. It may be a little more expensive than some of the other ones....but it is worth the money!

Read the reviews online and decided to try it. Was not disappointed. Been using it just about every day for cooking small meals for my wife and I. Works just as advertised or better. Clean up is easy.

I prepared a package of chicken wings in 15 minutes - the meat was juicy and the skin was very crispy. Clean-up was a breeze.

My hubby and I love this air fryer :) . It works as expected. No more greasy food and we use this on our daily meals.

Let's just say, easy to use, easy to clean, doesn't over cook, food tastes great and have never had to add a drop of oil.

Great addition to kitchen. Great for making low calorie foods that tastes as good as high caloric ones. I use it every day for snacks such as egg rolls, sandwich wraps and fried veggies. Everything comes out hot and or crispy with just a spray of Pam. I'm not sure how the other brands stack up but I figured if I was going to try air frying I would go with the best and that is what Phillips is. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase.

Awesome kitchen device. Makes some amazing food with much less calories compared to regular frying!

I love this Airfryer , use it constantly , it cooks such great chicken with crispy skin in a fraction of the time it takes in an oven iand it cooks more evenly as air circulates all around the food , bacon comes out crispy but not at all greasy like when it's fried in a frying pan , it's also fun to cook in and clean up is a breeze , I researched a lot before my purchase and so glad I got this one ,i highly recommend it

Technically this is a small convection oven. I like how quickly it reaches the desired cooking temperature. I've used it to make french fries (frozen right out of the bag), pao de queijo (brazilian cheese bread.. again, frozen right out of the bag), tostones (puerto rican fried plantain, frozen), and finally today I used it to warm up/toast chicken empanadas. It is also easy to clean. What else can you ask for?
