• The USB is plugged into back of radio and has to be put through somewhere in your car like the glove box or below your radio somewhere if u have a push out

• The stereo comes with a cable that extends from back. I had my run down to underneath the dashboard, so I plug my lightning cable to the "pigtail" from the stereo. I plan to install a port into my console so that I can plug straight into a stationary location.
